"Conditional Registration" can be
issued.

Exemption:
Second-hand tractors manufactured
before 21 October 1994 are exempt
from the equipment requirements,
whether in a drought-declared area
or not.
Additional vehicle requirement:
All lighting must be fitted as near
as possible to the position
specified in Schedule 2 of the Road
Transport (Vehicle Registration)
Regulation 2007.
